A: For our DIY kits, we use artificial plants and flowers to ensure long lasting scapes that you can admire and enjoy for a long time. If you would like to incorporate real plants, do consider our live workshops or mobile cart options.
Q: Are the containers glass or plastic?
A: Our kits use clear plastic egg-shaped containers (durable and lightweight), designed to showcase your creation while being safe to handle.
Q: Can I customise what goes into my kit?
A: Yes! We offer customisation for bulk/corporate orders. For individual kits, you can choose from preset options listed on the product page.

Q: Is the kit suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely! The kits are designed to be fuss-free and easy to assemble, even if you have no prior experience.
Q: How long will my terrarium last?
A: Artificial kits are maintenance-free and last indefinitely.
Q: Can children use the kit?

A: We currently ship within Singapore. Shipping options will appear at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Local deliveries typically take 3–5 business days. We will contact you if there are delays to your orders and offer refund if it does not meet your timeline.
Q: What if my kit arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
